The Senior Sales Engineer for the HVAC Equipment Sales division will promote equipment sections, generating leads and turning those leads into sales success. With your extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. You will estimate, quote, negotiate, and sell projects in a timely, profitable, and responsive manner. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions that optimize building performance. This position is commission based and will require skills and drive to increase and maintain sales success. Compensation Range: First 6 months: $90,000 - $120,000 After 6 months: 100% commission with draw Established and Successful Sales Engineers often clear $200,000 plus annually.
