Location- Remote, west coast based Reports to the Sr. Director, Engineering- Enterprise Travel is 50% Your Impact Enterprise Technical Sales Success: own securing technical wins and influencing purchasing decisions by architecting solutions leveraging Axon’s ecosystem that deliver value in alignment with customers’ business and technical requirements Strategic Technical Leadership: build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor throughout the Enterprise customer journey, from early discovery and solution design through executive alignment and deal closure New Use Case Development: identify and architect high-value, industry-leading solutions by uncovering customers’ emerging operational needs and next-generation desired outcomes Drive Customer-Based Product Innovation: deliver detailed, data-driven customer feedback and insights to influence product roadmap prioritization and market fit Exceptional Cross-Functional Relationships: establish collaborative partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to accelerate the business, mature processes, and foster strong teamwork Elevated Team Excellence: strengthen team performance by documenting and sharing best practices and domain expertise, as well as continuously sharpening your craft
