We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to design, implement, and optimize programs that improve the productivity, effectiveness, and overall success of our sales team. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop training, resources, tools, and processes that empower sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to roll up sleeves to take on key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, as well as ongoing skill development training for existing team members.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize sales playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and other enablement materials.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right messaging, positioning, and competitive insights.
  • Establish clear, consistent communication channels to keep sales teams informed of updates, resources, and best practices.
  • Analyze and refine sales processes, recommending and implementing best practices for pipeline management and deal execution.
