About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead the development and execution of sales skills training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing a comprehensive curriculum that enhances the skills and performance of our sales teams. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, human resources teams, and program managers to align training initiatives with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales performance. First 6 months: Define the role-based skills for Inside Sales Reps, Account Executives, Account Directors, Specialists, and Solution Architects. Start delivery of role-based skills training. Build strong relationships with Sales leaders, Sales Ops, and HR.
