About The Position

As Senior Director, you’ll oversee two Sales Managers and their teams, setting vision and direction while maintaining critical leadership continuity and executional discipline. You’ll collaborate with Oracle executives, product experts, and our defense customers’ most senior leaders, ensuring that Oracle is a trusted mission partner. What’s in it for you? Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful technology sales management experience within Federal Civilian and U.S. Department of Homeland Security
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving account growth, building winning teams, and navigating complex government sales cycles.
  • Solid expertise in Cloud, SaaS, and On-Prem enterprise solutions.
  • Relationship builder with a disciplined, strategic approach to business development and pipeline health.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
