About The Position
As a Senior Sales Director for Homes.com, you will lead a dynamic team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the residential real estate industry. You will lead a team of 6 Sales Directors who will manage teams of 10 salespeople. The sales team will be responsible for developing and driving revenue by selling digital advertising and marketing solutions to new customers, growing existing customer revenues, and ensuring high levels of customer service. In your role, you will be accountable for coaching and developing your team members and ensuring they are achieving their sales targets and goals.
