The Senior Sales Consultant is a sales leader responsible for executing the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing journey with professionalism and a deep understanding of the active adult lifestyle. Beyond leasing, the Senior Sales Consultant drives engagement through event support, digital marketing, and personalized follow-up strategies aligned with best practices. This position also provides mentorship to other sales consultants, leads cross-market sales initiatives, and ensures alignment with performance benchmarks and CRM systems to support long-term community success. The schedule for this team member is Tuesday - Saturday. The hourly range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 in addition to an enticing bonus structure.
