What You’ll Do Convert a high volume of inbound leads into happy customers Guide homeowners through our proven, transparent quote process — usually same-day installs Collaborate with a high-performing team and a faith-based culture built on H.E.R.O. values (Honorable Empathetic Responsible Outstanding) Balance independence and teamwork in a hybrid role (part in-office, part remote) Help restore peace of mind to hundreds of families each month — while achieving your financial goals What We’ll Do: Provide a competitive benefits package featuring a $50K base salary plus weekly commission potential of $26K–$40K, depending on experience and performance.
