Acting as the counterpart to the General Manager, this position combines strong sales acumen with leadership capabilities to ensure the studio meets and exceeds performance goals. The Senior Sales Associate builds meaningful relationships with prospective and current members, helps clients define their fitness goals, and creates a welcoming and engaging environment that reflects the mission and values of the company.
