About The Position

The Senior Sales Analyst, Incentive Compensation (IC), Immunology is responsible for playing a key role in developing and managing a motivational sales incentive program throughout the Immunology organization that is aligned to each business's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, modeling compensation plans, running and validating supportive analyses, creating compensation programs that align with business strategies, and ensuring accuracy in all deliverables to internal and external colleagues. Respond timely and accurately to field sales inquiries and work closely with sales and marketing teams and all internal departments. Develop communications including Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel files. This is a hybrid position that requires the ability to commute to our Florham Park, NJ office at least 3 days per week.
