About The Position

This position will support the Foods Customer Business Managers and ad hoc support to the broader Team by providing proactive analysis and insight of business trends, oversight of contracts and forms, monitoring business performance, developing sales presentations, and identifying opportunities and risks impacting the business. This is a developmental role, and successful candidates typically progress to business manager roles thus making business development understanding crucial to success in this role.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• Existing experience and relationships with Kroger and/or Albertsons is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, internally and externally.
• Strong relationship building and time management skills.
• Experience in mining insights and leveraging them to drive growth is a plus.
• Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.
• Working knowledge of POS Reporting systems (Nielsen, IRI, Stratum, and Market6) and Sales Planning Systems are a plus.

• Experience with Power BI and other applications.

Responsibilities
