About The Position

We are a commercial mechanical services provider serving the Quad Cities, Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. We focus on long-term customer partnerships through high-quality HVAC service and preventative maintenance programs. We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in our commercial service and preventative maintenance agreement (PMA) business. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands how to position maintenance, reliability, and uptime as real business value. The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for developing new commercial service relationships and growing recurring PMA revenue. You will manage the full sales cycle while working closely with service operations to ensure commitments align with delivery. This is not project or equipment sales. Success comes from credibility, consistency, and building long-term customer trust.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of commercial HVAC or mechanical services sales experience
  • Demonstrated success selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, or recurring revenue programs
  • Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and building operations
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning a territory

Nice To Haves

  • Local market experience in Quad Cities, Eastern Iowa / Western Illinois preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of commercial service and PMA opportunities
  • Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, and building owners
  • Sell preventative maintenance agreements and recurring service programs
  • Expand PMAs within existing customer accounts
  • Partner with operations to scope, price, and deliver service agreements accurately
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
  • Represent us and form strong professionally in the local market
