  • Support the client to operationalize, maintain, and deploy RPA capabilities to drive efficiency and compliance across the enterprise.
  • Responsible for O&M, automation Break/Fix and minor enhancements for automations that have deployed to production.
  • Support the operation and maintenance (O&M) of RPA solutions, swiftly addressing any automation issues that arise.
  • Implement minor updates to improve performance of RPA solutions.
  • Manage the lifecycle of RPA source code, including version control and the utilization of internal libraries and code management software.
  • Uphold stringent security protocols in all RPA development activities.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end RPA solutions in large-scale projects.
  • UiPath RPA Developer Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related UiPath modules.
  • Strong skills in programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript for scripting and integrations.
  • Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, ICR/OCR tools, APIs, and document processing technologies.
  • Experience integrating applications through automated workflow using UiPath modules.
  • Experience with various development methodologies, tools, and techniques, particularly Agile, DevOps, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)/Jenkins.
  • UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification.
  • UiPath AI center/Document understanding certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Mentorship experience to guide junior developers on best practices and technical challenges.
