As part of our Transport - Roads team, this role will contribute to delivering innovative and sustainable road and transport design solutions across international projects. As a Roads Drafter, you will bring to life the detailed design outputs that form the foundation of Aurecon's award-winning transport projects. You'll support engineers and designers in preparing accurate plans, sections, and construction documentation for road and civil infrastructure projects. You'll be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team working on some of Australia's most significant transport infrastructure projects, reimagining how roads can shape a more sustainable and connected world. Requirements

• Graduate of Tertiary Education in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5-10+ years or relevant experience
• Competent in AutoCAD and or Civil 3d
• Demonstrated experience in Road Project design drawing production
• Demonstrated experience working with a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality drawings
• Experience with drawing management on Project Wise or other content engines
• Demonstrated Australian project experience will be viewed favorably

Nice To Haves

• Bentley ProjectWise experience - drawing management
• MicroStation experience would be considered as a bonus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update technical drawings and documentation in accordance with project standards.
• Support the design team by managing drawing revisions, document control and ensuring quality control.
• Produce 2D and 3D documentation using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Assist with the digital setup of projects and contribute to efficient documentation workflows.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure accuracy and integration of design information.
