About The Position

The Asset Management Senior Risk Manager will oversee risk management for various investment teams, focusing on blockchain and cryptocurrency capabilities. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and reporting on significant risks to enhance controls and processes within the firm. The position requires a proactive approach to risk oversight, particularly in the context of digital assets and market trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in risk management or related fields.
• Prior experience in the crypto industry, management consulting, asset management, private equity, or investment banking.
• Extensive experience with blockchain technology and digital assets.
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis techniques and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Extensive project management experience.
• SQL and Python programming experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFA and/or FRM certifications are a plus.

• Design plans to mitigate potential risks that could impact Fidelity, clients, or associates.
• Analyze end-to-end processes and assess related data and controls to identify potential risks.
• Perform targeted data-driven risk assessments and develop risk management reporting using data visualization tools.
