Capital One is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Senior Risk Manager to join the Business Continuity Risk Management (BCRM) Team within the Operational Risk Management second line of defense. The BCRM team is a dedicated group of professionals whose mission is to provide value-add, independent stewardship of Capital One's business continuity management practices enabling Capital One to manage our business continuity and operational resilience risk. Successful Senior Risk Managers are highly motivated professionals with the ability to drive results and collaboratively problem solve through integrated thinking. You will contribute to the company's success by managing reporting processes and driving improvements in our data ecosystem through projects and process improvements (improving Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators). You will also drive strategy and execution on technology solutions needed to improve reporting and analytical capabilities for both the first and second line of defense.
