Partner with dealers, Aftermarket Solutions Consultants, Commercial Managers, and regional teams to identify hydraulic growth opportunities and deliver competitive, customer‑focused solutions. Strengthen long‑term partnerships by aligning customer needs with Caterpillar’s hydraulic component strategy and enterprise priorities. Hydraulic Growth, Analysis & Business Enablement Monitor hydraulic aftermarket growth targets, conduct gap analyses, and direct Aftermarket Solutions Consultants to identify opportunities and propose actionable solutions. Analyze business markets, buying behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform hydraulic component strategies and decision‑making. Balance long‑term strategic value with short‑term business results to support customer and enterprise objectives. Training, Capability Building & Customer Experience Deliver in‑person hydraulic aftermarket training to regional sales teams and customers, enhancing product knowledge, service capability, and sales effectiveness. Design, develop, and maintain hydraulic training content for the Resource Industries curriculum, ensuring comprehensive, up‑to‑date learning materials. Create efficient communication processes to keep customers informed on product updates, repair options, availability, and other critical information. Solution Development, Value Delivery & Operational Excellence Create aftermarket solutions including marketing programs, training modules, and repair options to enable sustained hydraulic aftermarket sales growth. Provide insights, market intelligence, and recommendations that influence customer decision‑making and long‑term planning. Ensure project quality and velocity for OPACC Improvement Agenda initiatives through disciplined adherence to the Services Marketing gate process. Support customers in achieving their operational and commercial goals through data‑driven guidance and strategic hydraulic component planning.
