Raytheon’s Airborne Antennas Department is seeking an experienced Senior RF/Microwave and Antenna Subsystems Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for key aspects of design, simulation, measurement, and optimization of state-of-the-art antenna systems including active electronically scanned arrays (AESAs), digital arrays, and multi-function RF/Microwave subsystems. You work in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver advanced high-performance phased array antenna systems. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy both theoretical design and hands-on engineering tasks.
