About The Position

As a Senior Revit Technician, you will play a key role in creating, reviewing, and maintaining detailed technical drawings in a BIM environment. Can provide supervision and feedback to a small group These skills will be used to: Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit. Generate different types of drawings from Revit models, such as floor plans, sections, and elevations, along with design options. Produce renderings and visualizations of the project for presentations and marketing materials Develop and maintain Revit templates and families to streamline design processes Continually update skills and knowledge of software upgrades and improvements Resolve design and technical issues throughout the product lifecycle Collaborate with architectural teams and multiple internal support teams to create detailed designs. Ensure all designs and drawings follow residential building codes and company product guidelines. Modify and update designs based on feedback and reviews. Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of all designs. Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Revit Designer or similar role.
Interpret and implement architectural, structural and MEP plans in the Revit environment
Strong expertise in using Revit software and other design tools.
Excellent understanding of architectural, structural and MEP plans.
Strong spatial awareness and ability to visualize concepts and 3D designs.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Must use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the telephone and face-to-face contact.
Must be able to effectively use and operate various office-related equipment such as but not limited to the computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
Must be able to sit for long periods with low periods of reaching and standing.
