We are looking to hire an Sr. Project Lead, Revenue Systems This position is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, specifically focused in areas with financial impact. At this level, the individual will be able to lead a project, provide recommendations for improvement, and actively participate in the design and implementation for accurate financial reporting and processes to address operational needs. Design and implementation of onboard and Shoreside department related systems and processes to address operational needs, accurate financial record, and to enhance controls. Provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ships. Travel, internationally and domestically, up to 25% may be required to provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the fleet. This individual will need to manage multiple, multi-functional collaborative projects, while documenting findings, communicating project status updates to upper management, and facilitating resolution or mitigation plans. Actively engage with cross-functional project teams to coordinate design, testing, and implementation. Responsible for documenting policy and procedures and providing support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ship. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, project management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or project coordination
  • Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with internal controls and audit-aligned processes
  • Project management experience, working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), understanding of internal controls (and Sarbanes Oxley as applicable), working knowledge of computerized accounting systems, knowledge of Oracle

Nice To Haves

  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support finance-related system initiatives by coordinating intake, testing, documentation, and deployment across ships and shoreside teams.
  • Provides recommendations for improvement and actively participates in the design and implementation for accurate financial reporting and processes to address operational needs, accurate financial records, and to enhance controls
  • Scope, risk, and issue management, including documenting, communicating project status updates and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans.
  • Document policy and procedures and provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ship. Maintains all project artifacts. Identifies, delivers and documents organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project.
