In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot workflows to streamline sales processes, creating and maintaining dashboards for actionable insights, and acting as the primary point of contact for sales leaders regarding RevOps needs. You will also manage the HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity and smooth operations, incorporate AI tools for improved forecasting and decision-making, and own the pipeline reporting and forecasting processes. Additionally, you will track sales data trends, manage the monthly commissions process, collaborate with the shared data team, and continuously identify areas for improvement in tools and processes.
