About The Position

We are looking for a RevOps Business Partner to support our North America SMB and Growth Sales teams. As a RevOps Business Partner, you’ll play an instrumental role driving strategy and execution within these business segments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Experience supporting high volume Sales teams, or teams focused on Multi-Product selling.
  • Experience presenting data to management, and translating complex information and trends into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau.
  • Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted business partner to Senior Sales leadership in SMB and Growth, driving data-influenced decisions and segment strategy.
  • Spearhead cross-departmental Sales initiatives, working with stakeholders across both business and technical teams.
  • Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales efforts with emphasis on ROI, quota attainment, TAM analysis, forecasting, sales pipeline, and actionable metrics.
  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and share the health of the segment in larger Revenue forums.
  • Support Senior leadership on annual planning.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure support for day-to-day operations.
  • Drive data analysis to understand gaps and opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel.
  • Develop the right KPIs for the business, and build effective monitoring.
