Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in revenue operations at a SAAS company.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with Power Point.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Improve forecast accuracy and process.
  • Develop models for revenue projections, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Create quota database and process for managing account movement.
  • Analyze revenue data, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights for various initiatives.
  • Run annual planning process, working with finance and leadership to set targets for sales.
  • Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and enhance productivity to improve reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure accuracy through validation methods and best practices, maintaining high data integrity.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives and manage reporting package for Monthly Sales Reviews.
  • Effectively communicate data insights and narratives to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable information.
  • Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with data needs.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
