Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems, GTM Systems, Territory Operations, or related Revenue Operations functions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and systems skills; particularly in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and sales org design

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain sales territories in alignment with market opportunity, rep capacity, and GTM strategy
  • Own the ongoing maintenance and governance around territories, resolving territory-related escalations and acting as the primary point of contact for frontline reps, managers, and Sales leadership
  • Drive process improvement and systems automations across territory workflows using Salesforce and other GTM tools
  • Maintain data quality across the CRM and deliver territory-related reports and dashboards to Sales and RevOps stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs such as rep coverage ratios, account penetration, and whitespace to identify gaps and opportunities
