Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; preferably in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or Information Engineering.
  • 2+ years’ previous experience in an analytical or data management capacity. A Master’s degree in the relevant subject matter may be accepted in lieu of professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, including functions, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Proficiency using advanced SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for conducting in-depth data analysis and creating data visualizations.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Looker and Domo.
  • Comfortable communication across departments and time zones in a global organization.
  • Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that initiatives are completed on time and within budget.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally proficient in statistics and probability.
  • Data mining through Python and R.
  • Cloud resources such as S3, Athena, Lambda, Glue ETL and Databricks.
  • Visualizing data via R, Python.
  • Familiarity with CRM Analytics and Revenue Intelligence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Extracts, cleans, and analyzes data from Salesforce CRM, Revenue Intelligence, and CPQ tools to support revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Analyzes historical data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to assist in refining sales processes with data-driven insights.
  • Supports the development and use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help identify areas for improvement, set targets, and monitor business health.
  • Applies advanced segmentation, clustering, and regression techniques, to report on revenue generating streams.
  • Designs, builds, and deploys advanced analytical frameworks and robust statistical and machine learning models using tools such as Python, R, and SQL, to identify revenue forecasts and opportunities, sales performance trends, potential risks and pipeline health, and customer and supplier behavior predictions.
  • Generates automated exception reporting to identify areas of revenue opportunity, quantify the opportunities, and prioritize by magnitude.
  • Conducts A/B testing and quantitative analysis to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies, sales motions, and process changes.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards in Tableau, CRMA, and Salesforce, ensuring consistent metric reviews, statistical integrity and executive usability.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and Business Applications team to ensure data hygiene, architecture, and access are aligned with analytical needs.
  • Supports exploratory data projects and conducts ad hoc analyses in collaboration with Global Sales, Marketing, Supplier Development & Ops.
