The Red Canary Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist (Technical) will construct and deliver the enablement program for our Sales Engineering and CX teams. You will be a subject matter expert in our platform and solution, and be able to translate that knowledge into learning for new hire onboarding and ongoing enablement sessions. We are looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist (Technical) to join our Revenue Enablement team. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Enablement, you will be responsible for cultivating a deep understanding of our technology and platform, as well as the technical sales cycle including how we deliver demos and implement POVs, and support our customers. You will connect with our Sales Engineering and CX teams to understand current knowledge base, gaps, and needs, and work with technical sales and CX leaders, as well as stakeholders across the organization, to develop a holistic enablement program for technical sales personas. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Enablement team, SE/CX teams, Product Marketing, and Product Managers to build material for both virtual and in-person technical enablement learning, and work with our Channel team to support ongoing technical enablement for our growing partner community. Finally, you will extend the technical enablement program to other personas at Red Canary.

  • Cultivating a deep understanding of our technology and platform, as well as the technical sales cycle including how we deliver demos and implement POVs, and support our customers
  • Connecting with our Sales Engineering and CX teams to understand current knowledge base, gaps, and needs
  • Working with technical sales and CX leaders, as well as stakeholders across the organization, to develop a holistic enablement program for technical sales personas
  • Collaborating with our Enablement team, SE/CX teams, Product Marketing, and Product Managers to build material for both virtual and in-person technical enablement learning
  • Working with our Channel team to support ongoing technical enablement for our growing partner community
  • Extending the technical enablement program to other personas at Red Canary
  • Must have 5 years of experience in enablement, adult learning & development principles, coaching, and/or teaching, and in developing multimedia learning modules, to be delivered both live and self-paced
  • Strong background in information security technology and cybersecurity
  • Must be proficient in understanding networking and endpoint security concepts and familiarity with fundamental cloud infrastructure concepts: virtual private clouds (VPS), compute, elasticity, and the storage, processing, and securing of data
  • Experience in InfoSec as an engineer, architect, practitioner, support role
  • Adept with Windows and Linux command-line and are comfortable with configuring systems, troubleshooting, and interacting with scripts or have experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Ruby, etc.
