The Corporate Revenue Cycle Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst - Robotic Process Automation Developer.

  • Assess current revenue cycle processes and workflows; identify areas for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements.
  • Collaborate with teams (e.g., registration, billing, charging, coding, collections, and denials management) to streamline processes, reduce and recover denials, and optimize cash flow.
  • Analyze and monitor revenue cycle metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to optimize and automate revenue cycle processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA/scripting solutions to ensure they function as intended, meeting performance standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on RPA tools and processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated processes, including workflows, user guides, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor RPA operations/script running in real-time, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during automated processes.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of revenue cycle operations, including an understanding of registration, charging, billing, collections, and denials management processes.
  • Experience working in a patient accounting system, using available online tools for claims and EOB review.
  • Experience managing projects and vendors, delivering data-driven solutions, supporting process improvement initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.).
