The Corporate Revenue Cycle Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst - Robotic Process Automation Developer. In this role, you will assess current revenue cycle processes and workflows, identify areas for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements, and collaborate with teams to streamline processes, reduce and recover denials, and optimize cash flow. You will also analyze and monitor revenue cycle metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. This position involves developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to optimize and automate revenue cycle processes.

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA/scripting solutions for revenue cycle tasks such as claims processing, billing, adjustment, and payment posting.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA/scripting solutions to ensure they function as intended.
  • Provide training and support to staff on RPA tools and processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated processes, including workflows and user guides.
  • Monitor RPA operations/script running in real-time, troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle operations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of revenue cycle operations, including registration, charging, billing, collections, and denials management.
  • Experience working in a patient accounting system and using online tools for claims and EOB review.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel).
