As a member of the Business Operations team, the Senior Revenue Analyst will support the revenue analytics and business planning for our ad sales organization. Partnering with sales to drive revenue by identifying areas of opportunity and risk using strong analytics skills.

  • Lead the development and ongoing production of sales reporting and performance dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales executives and leadership. Continuously enhance reporting formats, processes, and data systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, contributing analysis and rationale that inform business planning and goal setting across teams.
  • Deliver timely business insights and ad hoc analyses - including RFP trends, close rates, historical spending patterns, seller performance, and marketplace dynamics - to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Partner with sales leadership on strategic business reviews and account planning, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and unlock incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and analytics teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting and revenue processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, planning, or related work, ideally within a media or advertising organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify insights, and develop clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Proactive self-starter who consistently takes initiative, leads projects independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative team player who can build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
