The individual will be accountable for delivering services to plan sponsors, advisors, partners, and third-party administrators to maintain and develop strong client relationships. Responsibilities include scheduling, preparing for, and facilitating presentations, which may include enrollment meetings, financial education meetings, and plan reviews. The role also involves providing strategic recommendations and implementing plan enhancements, demonstrating knowledge of ERISA and IRS codes related to retirement plans, driving client retention through annual plan reviews, promoting new products and services, and engaging in training and educational opportunities to stay current on industry trends.
