About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Senior Retirement Operations Associate to support the onboarding process for both our new institutional client relationships and our existing clients who have added additional services. This role will be specifically focused on ensuring integrity and timeliness in our data, records, and documentation for our newest clients. The individual must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well-organized, service and detail oriented, and capable of performing under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience of at least 3 years working in client services or operations for an organization that provides retirement plan services for 401(k), 403(b), Non-Qualified or Defined Benefit plans
  • Proficiency in navigating CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Proven track record of attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy in collection and auditing of data

Responsibilities

  • Act as a resource and subject matter expert for institutional contracts, including drafting contracts and centrally coordinating required information and approvals
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance to ensure consistent understanding of institutional contract requirements, processes, and best practices
  • Support our efforts of delivering exceptional service to our newest client relationships and ensuring their needs are carried out with the highest level of attention and in a timely mann
  • Aid in all phases of the onboarding and transition process including but not limited to service contract execution, workflow requests with internal partners, review and completion of documentation, and creation of reports/presentation
  • Maintain data integrity in the internal set-up of new institutional clients and plans
  • Oversee critical maintenance and audits of system files and records
  • Collaborate with other members of the onboarding team to continuously identify risks and opportunities as it pertains to the onboarding of institutional clients and work together and with management to address effectively
  • Performs other duties and special projects independently or with the Institutional Client Service and Operations team as required
