About The Position
In Workplace Consulting, the Senior Retirement Analyst is responsible for the administration of defined benefit (DB) retirement plans on behalf of our clients and their participants. Our talented team of professionals is looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can provide both high-quality work and an extraordinary customer experience! This role will reside within Workplace Consulting's Center of Excellence (COE) organization. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day delivery of Defined Benefit client servicing, business reporting, contractual obligations, and internal scale & efficiency initiatives for your assigned clients. You also will be responsible for many aspects of peer review and final approval. You will support the COE's interests in collaborating with the cross product/functional subject matter experts, and other lines of business. You will work to solve problems and be empowered to make decisions based on trends, issues, and business drivers.
