Requirements

  • Previous multi-department or store management experience in retail, convenience, or food service is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, sales analysis, cost control, and overall financial management.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management software.
  • ServSafe, RAMP, or equivalent certifications required—or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership to ensure the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably every day.
  • Hire, coach, and develop supervisors and associates to meet performance goals and deliver excellent guest service.
  • Monitor sales, profitability, labor costs, and inventory control to protect margins and reduce shrink.
  • Optimize staffing levels and labor to meet business demands while controlling expenses.
  • Oversee ordering, receiving, PAR levels, product rotation, and in-stock conditions.
  • Maintain high expectations for cleanliness, organization, food safety, and overall store appearance.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Monitor cash handling, register accuracy, safety procedures, vendor check-ins, and loss prevention practices.
  • Address inquiries, feedback, and complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Uphold OSHA standards and company safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Partner with leadership on promotions, operational initiatives, training programs, and performance reporting.
  • Serve as the example of Snappy’s legendary convenience guest service and company values.
