About The Position
As a Renovation Designer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming customer visions into reality, offering expert guidance through every step of their home renovation journey. From creating mood boards and floor plans to the management of end-to-end renovation projects, you will inspire confidence and creativity in DIY homeowners and general contractors alike. You will build and use a deep knowledge of Wayfair's extensive renovation product offerings- ranging from tile, flooring, kitchen, bath solutions and more to provide personalized recommendations that align with customer preferences, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, proactive sales environment, leveraging design expertise, technical product knowledge, and sales acumen to build lasting customer relationships and first-in-class design experiences.
