Under the direction of the Director, Respiratory & Pulmonary Diagnostics, the Sr. Respiratory manager supports operational and administrative leadership in delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services. This role provides effective leadership by demonstrating TGH AKTiVe behaviors, assisting in the growth and development and training of future departmental leaders, developing and enforcing quality and safety KPI’s, and managing within the approved budget. In addition, the Sr. Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring staff accountability by driving performance improvement, employing change management methods and implementing staff efficiency and quality patient initiatives to guide direct reports. The Sr. Manager is knowledgeable and ensures proper application of federal, state and local regulations. Leadership skills are essential to the Sr. Manager to positively identify and influence opportunities to resolve conflicts effectively to align and unify teams.
