The manager interacts extensively with various parties, communicates concise action plans, and presents plans for case conclusion, demonstrating complete knowledge of the claim file process. Claims are processed consistent with client and corporate policies, procedures, best practices, and statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements. The role requires compliance with carrier reporting and threshold requirements and the ability to recognize and pursue excess insurance recoveries. Incumbents are expected to handle a full caseload, including cases of increased severity.
