The specialist will respond to emergency no-heat needs of clients, educate them about energy conservation, and complete related program administrative duties. The role involves evaluating weatherization work, identifying health and safety issues, monitoring contractor performance, and maintaining program records. Coordination and conducting program inspections with funders' representatives are also key aspects of the position. Strong computer skills, organizational abilities, customer service skills, and building science experience are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
