About The Position
The Senior Residential Counselor (SRC) is responsible for supervising residential counselors and ensuring that group home residents receive quality care and support in daily living skills. This role involves directing residential care, implementing treatment plans for individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders, and overseeing the program management of the group home. The SRC ensures compliance with state licensing and departmental policies while maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
