About The Position
The Senior Resident Assistant (SRA) is a key member of the College Life team at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA), responsible for fostering a supportive and engaging residential community. The SRA provides mentorship to Resident Assistants (RAs) and students, ensuring adherence to campus policies while promoting personal and academic development. This role involves leadership, crisis management, community engagement, and administrative responsibilities, all aimed at enhancing the residential experience for students.
