About The Position

The Senior Reset Specialist role will help position the company strategically and coordinate efforts with retail accounts and Red Bull initiatives. They will coach, train and support company sales initiatives and provide coverage for any special projects needed. Senior Reset Specialist will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small formatted “off premise” stores.

Requirements

Prior experience in merchandising or sales
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including ability to present one on one and in a group

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Clear background and drug testing.
Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification
Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily.
Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis.
Pushing hand truck with up to 150 lbs. of weight on it multiple times daily.
Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
Ability to stand and walk frequently.
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Prior sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach and train all Reset Specialists in skills necessary to create the perfect store environment in every store.
Cover duties & responsibilities for Reset Specialist Manager when unavailable.
Assist with weekly/daily plan building for multiple locations.
Assist with processing decommissioned coolers in multiple locations.
Maintain a high level of communication across the company and team.
Merchandising of established task list to RB Perfect Store Standards as needed.
Merchandising all accounts on schedule at cold vault, cold equipment, wire racks, and all other display activity at store level to RB Perfect Store Standards.
Responsible for delivery of cold equipment placements as directed by management.
Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
Assist Account Sales Manager with related duties for large and small format accounts as needed.
Must complete daily documentation against assigned schedule including AM/PM conversations, PAT, Encompass, and/or text trails.
Complete all invoice procedures required by the respective store and comply with all established paperwork/invoice procedures as required.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Drive Team culture.
Serve as a safety champion, driving awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement in all company and warehouse safety practices.
Other duties as assigned.
