About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with storytelling capabilities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, building strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Experience socializing research findings across different departments.
  • Comfortable working in a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.
  • Preferred experience managing international research in markets outside the US.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with key Content & Marketing executives and creators, establishing a trusted partnership.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact research opportunities to build a strong understanding of consumer needs in movies.
  • Develop innovative research approaches for each stage of the content lifecycle, including development, production, and post-release.
  • Provide insights to help marketing and communications teams position Netflix movies effectively in the global marketplace.
  • Collaborate with other Consumer Insights researchers and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop research initiatives.
