The Senior Program Manager will lead the successful execution of the Tata US-India Innovation Initiative at the Hoover Institution. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing the Initiative's key activities to expand and deepen India-US collaboration, dialogue, and innovation. This Hoover-Tata partnership will establish ongoing programming to facilitate the exchange of ideas, expertise, and talent through regular co-located engagement in India and at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University. The Initiative will serve as a hub for India-US collaboration, dialogue, and the exchange of talent to inform and strengthen bilateral relations across multiple strategic areas. Working under the general direction of faculty and senior Hoover management, the Senior Program Manager will develop, implement, and administer the Initiative's vision, strategy, and goals. This includes participating in strategic planning, long-range goal setting, and cultivating partnerships in both India and the United States to maximize the Initiative's impact. This position will execute the Initiative's strategic vision, coordinate activities such as fellowships, roundtables, summits, and policy seminars, and manage the exchange of scholars, practitioners, and students between India and the United States. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination between the Hoover Institution, Tata Sons, and internal and external stakeholders, while delivering impactful research, policy recommendations, and program outputs that strengthen bilateral relations. With a focus on innovation policy, emerging technologies, energy partnerships, talent development, and geopolitical security, the Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the Initiative's objectives and the program's impact.
