We advise and support 250+ Fortune 1000 companies on their hardest recruiting issues â diversity and inclusion, recruiting events, candidate preferences, competitor practicesâ¦etc. You will join the University Recruiting Syndicated Research function, which produces large scale, recurring research that helps employers understand and improve how they attract, engage, and hire early career talent Within this function, the Data & Insights team owns the design, execution, and evolution of our core research programs. The team manages survey and interview methodologies across a panel of 150,000+ students and a network of Fortune 1000 university recruiting leaders, translating data into insights that directly inform member strategy. As Senior Research Manager, you will lead the Data & Insights team and oversee the delivery of our core student and employer research. You will manage a small team of researchers while remaining closely involved in the work itself. In this role, you will own select studies from design through delivery and partner closely with the Director of UR Research to strengthen research quality, improve how our programs operate at scale, and continue evolving how insights are communicated to and used by members.
