The mission of The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center is to eliminate cancer in Texas, the nation, and the world through outstanding programs that integrate patient care, research and prevention, and through education for undergraduate and graduate students, trainees, professionals, employees and the public. The ideal candidate is familiar with data entry and follow up with knowledge of research databases. Collaborates with faculty, fellows, residents and IT liaison, for the maintenance and upkeep of the kidney repository database. Is actively involved in the data entry into sponsor databases for assigned clinical trials. Serves as backup to other Research Data Coordinators for clinical trial data entry. Obtains informed consent of patients to minimally invasive data and specimen collection type studies. Proactively participates in protocol meetings, engages with auditors and monitors, practices timely data entry and query resolution.
