We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join our Platform Technology team and play a critical role in advancing our AI-enabled RNA therapeutics discovery platform. In this position, you will design, implement, and optimize genomics-based assays that power therapeutic discovery, screening, and validation across a wide range of cellular systems. You will support high-throughput evaluation of novel RNA therapeuticsâincluding modalities such as ADAR editing, ASOs, siRNAs, and mRNAsâand generate high-quality molecular data that directly feeds into computational models and therapeutic decision-making. As a key contributor within a dynamic research environment, you will collaborate closely with computational scientists, platform biologists, and therapeutic program teams. You will develop and execute next-generation sequencing assays, functional genomics readouts, and high-throughput molecular screens that drive target validation, lead optimization, and drug profiling.
