We seek a talented and experienced Sr. Research Associate I, Discovery Cell Engineering to work onsite based in our South San Francisco office. ArsenalBio is seeking a Senior Research Associate to support the T cell isolation and genome engineering and Cell line development cores as a part of our efforts to develop and commercialize curative immune cell therapies. This candidate will be responsible for optimizing and running cell isolations, designing and executing genome engineering workflows, and generating target cell lines. The ideal candidate will have experience with mammalian cell culture and experience with CRISPR-Cas9, lentiviral, and transposon based cell engineering methods. The candidate will be expected to coordinate with multiple teams across ArsenalBio to determine project needs and work within the Discovery team to identify and implement potential process improvements to optimize the workflow.
