Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Senior Requirements Engineer joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA.

  • Conducting functional analysis to define tasks and dependencies.
  • Analyzing task requirements to propose and prioritize solutions, ensuring seamless execution and implementation.
  • Analyzing customer requirements and user needs to determine and develop a technical response to various Data Center, Cloud and End User IT requirements.
  • Performing technical assessments aimed at improving client systems and services delivered.
  • Acting as a liaison and catalyst for change, working collaboratively across departments to identify and implement solutions that optimize business processes.
  • Approaching cross-functional challenges from a solution-focused perspective.
  • Empowering team members through mentorship and guidance.
  • Developing a team that collaborates with key stakeholders and is adept at analyzing requirements.
  • Facilitating Technical Exchange Meetings to understand customer requirements and needs.
  • Working with technical and operational teams to develop solutions to meet the customer's requirements.
  • Applying Service Labor and or Material labor based on standard catalog offerings during the development and design of proposed solutions.
  • Serving as technical advisor to customers and stakeholders in assigned subject areas, making recommendations, identifying and resolving risks.
  • Generating recommendations in the form of technical briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.
  • Consulting with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.
  • Identifying emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems.
  • Writing and updating project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
  • Participating in special projects as required.
  • Performing business development activities including initial review of customer requirements and the preparation and review of resulting technical and cost proposals.
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and leading internal and external technical exchange meetings (TEMs) to clarify project requirements and resolve issues, enabling timely submission of proposals.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in requirements engineering, systems engineering or project management and proposal support.
  • Experience with technical documentation, program related messaging and customer deliverables.
  • Experience with customer requirements gathering and understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure such as Data Center Management Lifecycle; Desktop Hosting; Unified Communications; End User Device Support; Video & A/V Support.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, client-facing skills.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI Poly.
  • Current and relevant customer experience.
  • ITIL certification.
