The Inside Sales Account Representative plays a crucial role by offering elevated support to the sales team and managing accounts for a portfolio of foodservice operators and distributors. The mission of this position is to maximize profitability and ensure the retention and growth of existing business. This is achieved through various activities such as selling products, executing seasonal promotions, distributing marketing and merchandising materials, setting up and onboarding new accounts, troubleshooting equipment, managing delivery logistics, and qualifying lead generation through our CRM.
