Position Summary The Senior Representative, Clinical Services facilitates aspects of the Clinical Services team to ensure smooth operations, including task allocation, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

Requirements

  • 5 years experience HealthCare Experience
  • Microsoft office Suite including (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
  • High school Diploma or equivalent GED

Nice To Haves

  • 2 Years of previous customer service experience.
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
  • Previous Sales Force, Med-Compass, GPS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with clinical teams to design and implement new programs, protocols, and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Drives communication and coordination between healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure seamless and effective delivery of care.
  • Ensures compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements to maintain high-quality care delivery.
  • Monitors clinical performance metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluates ongoing work area Clinical Services practices and procedures, making recommendations to management for ideas for value-added services for members.
  • Assists managers with Clinical Services reports and other key metrics, in order to help ensure work area goals and objectives are being consistently met.
  • Provides guidance and training to frontline clinical staff, promoting professional growth, and ensuring ongoing competency development.
