Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in data and reporting analytics.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Tableau.
  • Understanding of Tableau fundamentals including filters, parameters, dashboard actions, and basic calculations.
  • Familiarity with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online, with a willingness to further develop Tableau skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform well during increased workload.
  • Ability to create a variety of chart types (bar, line, scatter plot, heat map) and apply basic visualization best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of integrating and verifying data from various sources such as CRM, Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Interest or foundational experience in SQL, including reading queries and assisting with data source creation or troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, data management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to do daily local travel up to 10%, including overnight stay.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems for data storage and reporting structure.
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist certification.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting projects and deadlines independently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and operational decision-making through data analysis, dashboard development, and business intelligence reporting.
  • Create and interpret reports, supporting Tableau dashboard development, and ensuring data integrity within Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Develop and analyze reports to support decision-making, goal tracking, and strategic initiatives.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards; lead regular Tableau coordination calls with internal stakeholders and Business Technology teams.
  • Ensure data is accurately structured and stored in the CRM to support effective reporting and automation.
  • Translate business needs into actionable data and reporting solutions by working closely with business teams.
  • Provide data insights and perform analysis for ad-hoc initiatives and leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze and summarize performance data related to goals.
  • Track and analyze historical data to identify trends and support future planning.
